My neck was really bothering me, and after using it was much better the next day. Seems very cheaply made though. I have serious doubts about durability

When I kept it on warmth mode, it might have stung a bit—maybe it got a bit too hot—but it's so comfortable that I just dozed off. It even helps with my posture. I wish I could use it on other sore areas too (though sadly, I can’t). Since you’re supposed to use it twice a day, I do it morning and night. Seriously, it feels amazing.

I have a straight neck and often deal with shoulder and neck tension from sitting at a desk and caring for my child. After seeing good reviews online, I decided to give this product a try.
Using it feels very comfortable, and I've noticed significant relief in my shoulder and neck tension, which I'm really happy about. After using it, I even feel like I can see the ceiling more clearly.
Unexpectedly, it also helped with my barometric pressure headaches. Before a recent typhoon, I had a terrible headache and decided to try this device. To my surprise, it eased the pain to a point where it was barely noticeable.
I can’t say if there’s been any visible change, but it’s a relief to have something that helps my shoulders and neck every day. I use it twice a day, in the morning and evening. Personally, I find it much more convenient than going to a chiropractor—just lying down and pressing a button at my own convenience really suits me.
At first, the traction feature felt a bit uncomfortable, so I spent the first few days only using the heat and EMS settings to relax my muscles. After that, I gradually introduced the traction. I also experimented a bit to find the best head position, and now I set it so the EMS hits where my neck meets my head, which feels most comfortable for stretching. I also place a towel under my head for extra height and to keep the device clean.
For size reference, it’s about as big as a thick keyboard with an ergonomic shape and a wired remote. It does require some storage space, so it’s a good idea to check the dimensions before buying.

I underestimated the impact this device could have due to its light weight, but I’ve been struggling with chronic shoulder and neck tension for years. I’ve tried numerous EMS devices and heating pads that hook onto the neck, but most haven’t been very effective, and I often end up putting them away. This one, however, is different: it’s designed to lie down and rest your head on, which allows you to relax your muscles completely—and that alone makes a big difference.
The heat and EMS functions feel soothing, but what really surprised me was the traction feature. It genuinely pulls in a way that reminds me of a professional massage. It’s a movement that’s hard to replicate while standing, so I think this could be highly effective.
I tried it on both a soft bed and on the floor. On the bed, my body sank in too much, which made it difficult to get the right position. A firm surface like the floor, with a yoga mat or similar padding, seems ideal for stability. Also, I noticed a big difference in the EMS intensity before and after a bath—it felt much stronger after bathing, which seemed to increase its effectiveness. Overall, I feel incredibly refreshed and really like it.
